Is there a way to clear the name cache for one name? Is there a way to have
this done on mulitple PCs?

One user(a very important one) has switch his email address and all our
people have his old address populated in his name cache. We want to add his
new name to the cache or at least get rid of the old ones.

When the old name pops-up simply select it with your arrow keys and press
DELETE.
