Do you mean "Do not display last user name in logon screen" ?

If yes:

* Open the Registry Editor.
* Go to the key HKEY_LOCAL_MACHINE \ SOFTWARE \ Microsoft \ Windows
\ CurrentVersion \ policies \ system
* On the right, locate the key dontdisplaylastusername
* Right-click to edit and set its value to 1
* Restart the computer.
