clear history, cookies, etc upon shutdown

Is there a way to clear all tracks upon shutting down ie like the feature
that netscape has? I don't see a setting for this and did not see anything
mentioned on other posts. I would prefer not to have to manually do it each
time before shutting down. I have WinXP SP2 & ie 6.0
