Be sure that you install hotfix 828750 which fixes the exploit that this
virus uses:

It may be a HOSTS file problem if not able to get to some sites.
Look also for a file named HOSTS (no extension, could be hidden) rename it
OLDHOSTS.
Rule out parasites.
