Is it possible to make the back color of a frame clear?

I don't see where you can do that please help.

don't try to set the back color.
set the back style to transparent.

When the color from the userfrom is blue, then the frame back color is also
clue, but when I add a picture to the userform, then the frame still has the
the blue color because it ignors the picture. How can I set the frame to
recognize the picture. Besides the frame does not support transparent.

Please help.

There is no built in method to make a frame on a userform transparent.
