I'm not sure how it did it exactly, but I downloaded CCleaner, believing it
was going to clear the forms just to keep my computer from getting overloaded
while I tried to fix the problem (it'd been a long time since I tried to
delete it and there was a lot accumulated already) and it did that, but
somehow it also fixed the freezing problem! Like I said, I'm not sure how..
but I tested it by typing something in a search engine and then trying to
clear forms the traditional way in internet options and the window doesn't
freeze anymore!

I'll definately be holding onto CCleaner incase
it ever happens again.
