When I go into Tools --------> Internet Options -------> Content ---------->
Autocomplete ----------> Clear Forms, Internet Explorer becomes
nonresponsive. I'm using IE6 SP2. I've found some info in this community
about solving the problem, but I'm pretty much a novice and I have NO idea
where to even begin solving this problem.

Could someone please give me a step by step of how to correct this?

Hi,
Try CCleaner (freeware) from http://www.ccleaner.com/ If CCleaner can't
clear this stored data, post back to this thread.

Hope this helps,

I will try that for sure because I don't want my computer to become
backlogged with things I've typed in forms. But I'm hoping to also find out
exactly what I can do to fix my browser so it doesn't freeze like that
forever.

I'm not sure how it did it exactly, but I downloaded CCleaner, believing it
was going to clear the forms just to keep my computer from getting overloaded
while I tried to fix the problem (it'd been a long time since I tried to
delete it and there was a lot accumulated already) and it did that, but
somehow it also fixed the freezing problem! Like I said, I'm not sure how..
but I tested it by typing something in a search engine and then trying to
clear forms the traditional way in internet options and the window doesn't
freeze anymore!

Thank you so very much. I'll definately be holding onto CCleaner incase
it ever happens again.
