How to clear form cache in Outlook on Citrix server

I have a form user who uses Outlook on Citrix server. The form he is
accessing has a problem so I asked him to clear the cache. So he got out of
Outlook, went to Documents and Setting/<his-userid>/Local
settings/Application Data/Microsoft/FORMS and deleted the frmcache.dat file
there. Then he got back into Outlook, opened the form again. However the
form was not reloaded. It seems still picking the old problem form.

Do you know how to clear form cache on Citrix server?

You night try deleting all the contents of the Forms folder. -
