I am getting an error in Internet Explorer that say an
error occurred in your application, Clear the browser's
cache and retry. I went to internet options and delete
files, delete the histiry and temporary file but still
get that error. Can anyone help.

Jon,
Delete the Temporary Internet Files folder. Might as well delete the History
folder too.

Then set the size of the TIF folder to about 50 MB. Larger caches are more
prone to trouble.
