I have installed, uninstalled, redownloaded, reinstalled, and I still do not
have any programs listed in the dialog box - It is empty. How do I correct
this error? It used to work.

The Accessories program group is not displayed on
the All Programs menu in Windows XP:

Carey -
Thanks for the fast reply. I guess I should have given more info. I have
installed MSICUU2.exe and when run nothing is listed. I am trying to correct
the following issue:
Detection of product '{F428D0FB-765D-40EB-BDD8-A1E7F5C597FA}', feature
'Main' failed during request for component
'{D2D7B4BF-6CCA-11D5-8B3F-00105A9846E9}'

I know that this is a Corel product, but have no Corel products install and
there are no references to Corel in the Software keys in the registry. I have
searched for both the IDs in the registry and on the HD - nada.

The error occurs when Scansoft Omnipage or Roxio Media Creator are launched
with about 10 annoying Windows Installer popups. The apps perform as
designed. Just annoying popups.

Apologies for not giving more info in the beginning.
