Cleaning out CAL devices in TS 2000

Hi,

I have Windows 2000 with 56 CALS (per device) the problem I am having
is that I have funny computer names under "Issued to" eg. Unknown -
These are using up all the licenses so new users are unable to connect.
Is there anyway I can delete these objects? or clean out the entire
list and have TS issue licenses to new computers that connect?
