cleaning harddrive

's Computer Specifications

I am using Windows CP Pro and I am cleaning my harddrive
of folder for software that was uninstalled, when I came
across a folder that I had doubts about, c:\WUTemp . I
know the folders in it are temp folders created when I
went to Windows update. Can I delete them or are they a
part of Windows now.
