Pop your XP disk in and boot from it and then select the option to format.

Step #1

Make sure you have all the disk you need to reinstall all the programs
that are now on your computer and that you have saved any data that is now
on your computer somewhere off the computer. You will also loose all your
current settings so if they are important to you make sure you write them
down or save them.

Remember you will need disks to reload Windows Operating System (like
Win XP) AND you will need disks to load other programs like Microsoft Office
(Word Excel etc.) and or Microsoft Works etc.

Step #2

Follow Martin's instructions.

Simply boot from the WinXP installation CD. You'll be offered the
opportunity to delete, create, and format partitions as part of the
installation process. (You may need to re-arrange the order of boot
devices in the PC's BIOS to boot from the CD.)
