Clean Up Contacts 'Display As' Values

Is there a tool to clean up contacts. Our contact info has become a mess.
Somehow our 'Display As' data has some first name last, last name first and
some have commas making it a mess when we e-mail because e-mail expects an
additional adressee....

Also our fax numbers come up as contacts in the e-mail address book.

Thought I would be able to find a tool rather than do it manually.
