I would like to "clean" the present Intallation of all mails which are older
then 1 year.
Older mails I would like to place in separate File for storage purpose and
to search if neessecary.

Can you recommand any Programm or how to do?

Create an Archive folder. Then go to Edit | Find and search for all
messages over 1 year old on the whole message store and then once you get
the results, then you can go to Edit | Select all and right click on the
selection and choose Move to Folder and move them all to the Archive folder.
Then that should contain all the messages for older than one year. You can
just back that up and you can leave it in the message store and search via
WinMail, or you can also search it via opening the folder in Explorer, since
the messages are in individual eml files.
