To erase from the casual user all you have to do is delete your cookies, and
open your browser, select View>History - then right click the site and
delete.
To erase all local records, you'll have to recreate that Index.dat file,
which may require formatting your hard drive and reinstalling everything, or
maybe copying everything to another drive before using the site and
restoring your drive after using the site (while not running Windows on that
drive). It might allow you to overwrite your index.dat file if you switch
your Windows drive to secondary and boot to another drive.
To erase all records, you would need access to your ISP's server, and
possibly any other server the site gets routed through..
