I cannot get my machine to boot from the CD and I am
trying to do a clean install. There must be something
wrong with the cd rom. Is there any other way to perform a
clean install without booting from the cd? PLEASE HELP

Make these floppies:

Before you do, go to BIOS and make sure CDROM is a boot device before
hard drive.
If it is, reboot, tapping a key each second.
Does it boot to CDROM?
