I had earmarked an email address as junk. It went into the junk mail folder
but then I pulled it out of the junk mail and made it safe. That was the
wrong thing to do. I really want this email address as junk and moved to the
junk mail folder autimatically. I have manually moved it. Gone into the
options and added the email as junk to block it but it still shows up in my
email.
Anyone have an answer? Using Outlook 2003

The Safe Senders list overrides the Blocked Senders list. If you've added
the address to both the Blocked Senders and Safe Senders, the latter will
prevail. I don't see in your description where you said you removed the
address from the Safe Senders after adding it.
