I want to create a classified section in my web site. Specifically, I want
to a user to begin at a page where there are different subjects. When they
click on each subject they are taken to a page (that's dedicated to that
specific subject) where there are simple text postings. From here they
should be able to search the listings and/or to post a new listing.

Basically I want to emulate the system that Craigslist.com uses. Also, I
want to be able to erase entries after 30 days. Lastly, I would like it all
in my site so the link simply directs them to a basic page with my theme. I
do not want to use a message board where there are multiple subjects,
threads, colorful tables and boxes, etc... I want to keep it easy and basic
looking. Any suggestions for programs?
