Classic Windows Explorer

Somehow my windows explorer (the one that shows the
directory tree in the left panel and the directory
contents in the right panel) has gotten screwed up in
Windows 2000 Pro.

Now, in the left panel, all I get is a greyed-out area
with an 'x' (to close it down) in the upper right corner
of the panel. In the right side of the panel, I still see
the directory contents.

The explorer also seems to be based on the Internet
Explorer (IE) rather than the regular old Windows
Explorer. I suspect that I have the WebView thing running.

Does anyone know how to restore the good old fashioned
Windows Explorer which shows the directory tree in the
left panel and the directory contents in the right panel?

Much love to anyone who can help out.

All,

Never mind my post.

I used my emergency repair disks to get my old explorer
back.
