I have downloaded net framework as required by HP printer software and seem
to have lost the ability to process classic ASP pages correctly. At the same
time although IIS Admin service is running when I attempt to click on IIS in
the MMC it replies "This computer is not running Internet Information
Services version 4 or higher" although it is.
This problem has afflicted two machines. Is there a conflict? ASP.NET looks
like too bif a mouthful for my needs will I have to remove the .NET
framework? I think I would rather have classic ASP than the .NET
complications.
