Experiencing the following run time error when running
installation wizard off CD on Sony Vaio PCV-RS224 with
Windows XP Home Edition:

"-2147221231 (80040111) ClassFactory cannot supply
requested class."

Same error occurs in a 'pop up' window when trying to
link to Sony Vaio Info Centre from the Start menu.

Anyone got ideas on root cause and remedy, please?
