I recently purchased a new Dell XPS computer. I tried to instal Civ IV and
received the following error number and description:

0x80040702
Failed to load DLL: DSETUP

I installed the game on my previous computer without any problems. I have
seen reference to this problem on other internet discussion threads, but not
any solutions. I have debugged and updated directX 9.0c and the registry.
Can anyone help?
