I ve an Application hosted on Citrix Server. i m going to Record Script on that application through Client.

Environment is
-Application is installed on Citrix Server
-Through Citrix Client End user Access this Application
-Robot is installed on Client machine
but after recording i m find that Field names and input data or menu selction is not captured in recorded script.

i need help whether there are special settings or different environment is required
