Taking a shot posting this here, since I have searched
high and low for an answer with no luck.

End user, running XP, trying to connect to a Metaframe 1.8
server on Windows 2000 that works fine for everyone except
her. She is connecting to the Internet via broadband.
When she tries to connect to a published application she
gets "Cannot connect to Citrix server: read timeout" - it
makes no difference which app she is trying to run from
her Program Neighborhood. She has all the proper icons in
her Program Neighborhood. She can connect with another
computer also on her home network.

Thanks for any help anyone can provide.

I seem to remember that I've once had the same problem. Only way I
could fix it was to completely uninstall the ICA client, reboot and
do a fresh install of the ICA client.
