One of my clients uses a remote Citrix server. The
employees of the client company (all 4 of them) use
Windows XP. All but one have no issues when connecting
to the Citrix server.
I have on user whom has issues. I can take my laptop
into his room and plug into his network drop, and the
Citrix connection is fast. On his laptop however, there
is a timelag between when the keystrokes are made and
when the screen responds. Must be some performance issue
on this gentlemans laptop.
What can I look at that would be specific to XP on this
gentlemans laptop as far as affecting performance??
