Hello,

I remember that three months ago there was message with this topic on this
group. Now I have quite similar problem.

We have installed a Citrix server to provide service for windows 2000
professional. Client is running on Windows XP professional. Since we upgrade
windows XP to SP2, the connection was fail . Here is the message that I got:
"connection established. Negotiating capabilities" then it will drop the
connection after a few seconds.

I have a Administrator rights on a client so this time it is not a issue to
change authorization to Registry Key.

Thank you for taking time to assist.

Best Regards,
Mirek

Check the event log on the server, it sure sounds lite a license problem.
Check for error 1004 and 1011.

Hello,

Thanks, you are right there are these errors in event log and License
Service is not running. The problem is that this is server in our Customer
and I can do nothing about it. They have clients with Windows XP without SP2
and it works for them.
Probably sooner or later they will meet this problem as well, but for now my
work for them is difficult.
