Drive redirection

When I open Citrix Connection Configuration tool the option to allow client
drives to map is grayed out for RDP. Does anyone know what was hacked to do
this and how to correct it? We have several users who want to use RDP and
have their drives mapped.

Thank you

If this is a windows 2000 server, client drive mapping is not
supported over RDP.

Thanks.
