I have had this computer for over a year running Windows
ME. I do my banking online with Citibank. My browser
never had a problem getting into their website.

One week ago I upgraded to XP Professional. I have
resolved all issues with hardware and software.
Everything works fine except............ Citibank. All I
get when going to the site is the "Page cannot be
displayed" white screen. I can get into all of my credit
card accounts, and every other site I want to
exept.........Citibank! Citibank's support people and I
have tried everything, but nothing works.

Any ideas would be greatly appriciated.

Thanks, Bob

I suggest, if you haven't already done this, add the google bar onto your
web browser. Use google to search citibank. Then you should be able to get
into their website through the google search for the site.

Try this. We had a similar problem. Get into
your "Start", "Run" line. Type REGSVR32 SOFTPUB.DLL
(notice the space) and then hit return. This seems to
reset something that allows you to be able to connect to
some sites when you couldn't.
