Cisco Wireless Card will crash the laptop

Hello Everyone
-- I have this issue with my laptop. Whenever I boot my laptop with cisco
wireless card inserted, it crashes. However it works fine if I insert the
card after the boot have been completed. Kindly help.
Remember to log on as a limited user for your day to day tasks.
