After installing XP SP2 RC1, the Cisco VPM client will no
longer connect. I have tried several versions of the
Cisco client, including the most recent.

Is there a workaround?

Hi, Kad -

You might get a little better response posting this in
the beta newsgroups. Most people here don't have a lot
of experience with prerelease service packs ;-)

Good luck!

In the XP SP2 the FIREWALL is turned on by default and is
blocking all ports. Try turning off the firewall or
opening up the port that the Cisco VPN CLient is using.
By Default the Cisco VPN CLient uses port 10000.
