cisco vpn client and network communication

recently i installed cisco vpn client to connect to remote office, as i
connected to remote office i am getting network related problems.
1. i am uanble to pring loca DC, or any computer.
2. due to network problem i am getting slow response from my system (Network
drives, home drive, .......... all disconnected)
3. Unable to browse Internet.

to find the issue, i opend cmd and got route results

c:\> route print


Active Routes:
Network Destination Netmask Gateway Interface Metric
0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 10.10.115.17 10.10.115.17 1
0.0.0.0 0.0.0.0 10.10.10.1 10.10.10.21 20
Default Gateway: 10.10.115.17

10.10.10.0/24 for local network
10.10.115.16/30 for vpn

due to default gateway is vpn, i am unable to browse Internet.

But why i can't ping my local network ?
Any help
