Cisco TSP and Outlook 2003

I tried to setup my Outlook to dial using the local Cisco VOIP.

I've installed Cisco TSP according to the instructions given with the app.
After installation and required number of reboots I tried to dial a contact.
Dialing did work and when I open the select the Dialing Options button on the
New Call page a new page opens called Dialing Options. When I select the drop
down list box under the Connect using line caption no option is given for a
CISCO line. I am not sure where to go next.
