Using XP 5.1.2600

Trying to connect using Cisco VPN AnyConnect. Version 2.2.0133

Appears to make initial connection, downloads upgrades, and
"Installation was successful"

Then "The file move operation has timed out" in one window.

Another window with "VPN Agent Service has encountered a problem and
needs to close. We are sorry for the inconvenience"

This second window keeps popping up every 30 seconds or so unless I
reboot completely.

Is this a new installation of the Cisco? Have you contacted Cisco support?
If this is not a new installation or reinstallation, what has changed since
the time that it did work (if it ever did)?
If it used to work, have you tried doing a System Restore to a point shortly
before it quit working?

-There's no such thing as TMI when asking for tech support.

New on this computer. Others at my company have used it.

No, I haven't contacted support, though I've looked at their FAQs,
which weren't helpful.

Well, logic dictates you contact their support!

I've usually gotten better and faster answers on groups like this
rather than help desks.

Anyone else had this problem?
