provide information in the body of the message that pertains to the question
you are asking. Like, in this case, version.

The I in a circle generally means you applied some sort of tracking to the
message, like a read or delivery receipt. It might be there for Votes too.

It means there is tracking information for that message; i.e., you requested
a receipt and one has been received.
