I have found out that my computer cannot access secure
sites because I have 0 bit cipher strength and have also
found an article on the Microsoft site about how to
restore it to 128 bit. However, I do not understand the
remedy as I don't know what to do when it says 'now open
windows explorer, and browse for the c:\Windows\System
file'. It tells you lots of simple looking stuff after
that, but what is windows explorer (internet?) and how do
I browse? Where do I type and what? HELP!

Windows Explorer is the browser that lets you look at files on your machine.
Find it on the Start Button: All Programs / Accessories
