One of our clients is having problem using the on-screen keyboard on
his tablet. The specs here are CIC PenX 2.02 on Fujitsu LT P-600
Stylistic with Windows 2000. He has no problem logging into the system
with the on-screen keyboard. However, when he attempts to use the
on-screen keyboard with another application, he cannot seem to keep
the on-screen keyboard from disappearing (hidden in the background)
when he clicks on another application. Is there any special settings
for the on-screen keyboard to remain on top when running parallel with
another application?
I'm wondering if anyone has experienced the same problem and have any
solution for it.
