Christmas Card Contacts

I am trying to populate contacts in a particular way - I'll try to explain
it here.

I want to have a contact list for our office that contains people that we
would send Christmas cards to. However, these contacts are company contacts
that many of our staff deal with. Rather than sending a card from each of
our staff to each of the contacts, I would just like to have one card go out
to the external contact (if they are linked to multiple internal staff) with
each of the internal staff signing the card.

I would like to have an easy way to manage this.

Currently, if I view the contact, on the general tab, it's just commented in
the box (list of who sends this person a card).
Is there a way to print out all of these contacts and those comments so as I
don't duplicate any cards?
Is there an easier way to manage it? Custom form perhaps?

Hope that was explained fully. If not, I'll try to clarify any quesitons.

CP

I doubt anyone could unsnarl this knot.
Try again. Clarify such things as how you currently have Contacts grouped or
categorized so that you know who should receive a card from whom. Include
basic information such as whether this is an electronic or hard copy merge.
Include what you mean by "commented in the box." What box? Finally, tell us
where these Contacts reside.
