Choosing Fields for Printing

I like the appearance of the "Card" style when using the Business Card view
for printing. However, I don't want all the fields to display. e.g. some of
my contacts have two emails and two phone numbers. I only want to display the
main email and the main phone number. So far, I can't find a way to eliminate
some of the fields. Address view allows me to select the fields but when I go
into Print Preview I cannot get the alphabetical letter to show above the
contact (e.g. A, B, C, D) and also it prints the words "Mailing Address:" and
then shows the address but not in box style. I like how the Business Card
view keeps the address lined up under the full name.

Is there a way around this?

Thanks,
--
Nancy

Did you try removing the fields from the view before going to print?

The fields cannot be changed in Business Card view. "Fields is grayed out. If
"Fields" was available than my problem would be solved. I can edit an
individual business card which doesn't help when you have a lot of contacts.

The business card layout is not printable - the Card layout used for
printing works off of any view and uses the fields available in the view.
