Choose Profile pops up when going into design mode in Access

The Choose Profile message pops up when I go from Form View to Form Design in
Access 2007. This happens randomly and not always the same form. When I
press OK the database displays the hour glass for several minutes. I have
the "Always use this profiles" selected. How do I get rid of this nuisance
message? I do use SendObject and I do have a link to the Outlook's Global
Address List. I’ve heard this can be a problem. Note: I am using Outlook
2003.
