Dear Flavio,
there is no need to fill out the "From" field.
If you "forget" this field, Outlook use the name of the "default" email
account.
Normally the default account is the first one which was configured.
In Outlook you can select different email accounts if you have different
email accounts, but if you do not select an email account, Outlook use the
default account, including the name of the account which is the "From"
field.
You see, there is no need to kill your users. ;-)
They did nothing wrong.
