My system on boot wants to do a chkdsk but finds no errors. Then the screen
freezes and windows loads in the background (I hear the opening sounds). It
seems like it is a video conflict. I swapped out monitors, changed from the
video card to the on-board vga, started in safe mode, but it always requires
a chkdsk and then freezes again.
How can I get windows to open so I can delete the drivers causing this
problem? It all started a few days ago when I was trying to get a new monitor
to install it's drivers instead of running off the new video card's drivers.
I had clicked on by-passing the chkdsk warning. It all went downhill from
there.
Can anyone help me with this?
Thanks!!!!
