chkdsk error on ntfs volumes since April 18th

I was getting errors on an ntfs volume and got into a chkdsk loop. It wouild
say there were errors and to run chkdsk/f but you could not and had to do
it at boot or safe mode. Errors still there after disk checking. As a result
you are unable to defragment the volume as there is a chkdsk scheduled. The
problem was with the last updates kb835732 and kb828741.
I removed them and all is well.
