Chinese W2K vs English W2K with Chinese Language pack

Hi,

I've been trying to find out if there is a difference in
using Chinese Windows 2000 (where the complete product
from installation to use is in Chinese) versus English
Windows 2000 with the Chinese language pack.

Can someone tell me if there is any advantage in using
one over the other???
