Dear friends,

My computer runs Windows XP 64 bit and is having some
trouble converting id3 tags. I am not too familiar with
this issue but neither windows media player nor itunes
reads chinese or japanese. All titles are garbled text.
Eastern Asian Language file were installed. I was
wondering whether I should do more with the regional
settings or converting id3 tags to more recent versions.
Note: id3 tags display fine on Mac OS X and moreover,
using the converting id3 tags to v2.4 as an advanced
option failed.

Thanks in advance for all of your help.
