Hi all
Appologies if previously posted but i have searched.

We have a contact in china who untill recently was able to send us mail no
issue,
the mail would say it has come from lui@ham**.com

then suddenly (and i cannot find any changes to the syetm at our end at
this time) the mail arrive with the senders address as chinese characters
and when i reply they get a completely blank mail message !
I have tested to a hotmail account and received the same issue.

to make matters worse It is intermittent. not every mail returns blank.

any help would be appreciated

cheers

The change on their side was that the (Chinese) name is now supplied,
whereas before it wasn't.

However, what causes them not to receive (or not to see) your replies
may have a different cause, but I don't know that.

What message type are you corresponding in (Plain Text, HTML, RTF)?
