chinese can't disply in command shell?

i buy a winxpe sp1 tools ,and a license, i built a run_time image with
command shell and chinese support,and i add follow component:
1.chinse-simplified language support [version5.1.2600.1106,R1507]
2.Regional and language option[version5.1.2600.1106,R1507]
3.set the Regional and language option setting right;
and RUN Auto-resolve dependencies,i can look all component added that i
think;
but run run-time image,and when i run any error command,the command prompt
some monstrous char that i can't see;
is this a bug in winxpe sp1;
anyone help me! thanks!

Hi,

Did you install the Chinese MUI language pack into the repository?

If not, download the Chinese MUI pack here:
http://www.microsoft.com/windows/Emb...ui/default.asp

and import the .sld file (included in the download) into your component
database.

If you were successful importing the MUI language pack, add the following
component to your run-time:

East Asia Console IME

i check my configer,find the "East Asia Console IME" already include.
i had tired for this problem,and i test this using many method,but it's yet!
