Hello,

This might not be a question for this board, but here goes:

The CEO receives emails on a regular basis from China. Lately, they have
been bouncing back. Although China receives the email b/c he responded to the
email saying "I try reply twice, both came back."

And the same w/ the CEO's email. The messages he sent came back saying
"Returned mail: see transcript for details"

I open the Details.txt file and the "Action" is Failed.
Status: 5.1.6

I'm not sure what that status is... so if you could answer that in a reply,
that would be great.

But anywayz, I called our Webhost, also our email provider, and they said
it's because China's government doesn't like Network Solutions. Therefore
they banned Network Solutions and all they host. I have heard that China just
goes around banning domain names... but for it to be sporadic, in regards to
sending and receiving emails, it's hard for me to believe that answer...

Does anybody have any thoughts or suggestions??
