My parents use Microsoft outlook for their email. Their email account
is a wi.rr.com account. Is there a way for them to check their email
when they are at a computer that isn't their home computer? I have
been trying to help them out for some time, but any knowledge I have
of computers cannot provide an answer to this question. Thanks so
much in advance for anyone who might be able to help them, and me!

Contact your isp and ask them about web-based mail.
