I've created a simple form mainly with text boxes which when I publish the
form and insert data all save fine and show the information I've put in.
I however have a problem with my check boxes, I tick them when entering the
data but when I save and close the form and go back into it the checkbox is
no longer ticked.

I can't seem to be able to add this into the fields list - could someone
help on this?

I've fixed this now, so no help now required! Easy when you know how hehe!
