First, make sure your checkboxes are within each row (or cell).
Then rightclick on each and select Format control
then Properties tab
There's an option for moving/sizing with cells.
(The checkbox on the Forms toolbar has different options than the checkbox on
the Control toolbox toolbar.)
But the checkboxes are never gonna be attached to a cell. But they can float
over them nicely <bg>.
